Need Help Identifying Some Bugs!

Friends,

I need some help! I was visiting my plants today, when I noticed that there are little tiny specks jumping around in a pool of residual water in my flood tray. At first, I thought they were pieces of debris, but then I noticed that they were jumping around! They are so small that I really can't make out any details. They look white to me, but who knows for sure in the yellow light of a HPS light. I've been reading up on different pests, but I can't really find anything too helpful on what they look like. I haven't noticed any plant problems yet, but I did just get a couple of clones from a dispensary recently. They might have come with those.

I am on my first grow and have not had any pest yet, so I am clueless as to what to do.

Any ideas? Thanks!

I think I figured out what the problem is. I am convinced that they are Fungus Gnats. As I stated above, I did use various resources to read about pest and nothing there really seemed to fit. I thought originally that they might be Spider mites or Thrips, but I couldn't find any of the symptoms (spots, webs, etc.). Eventually I found a little black bugger crawling around in my perlite and my local hydro guy suggested that it's probably FGs. To combat them I bought a spray and it seems to kill them on contact, but after a flood there are always some floating around in the residual pool. I think my man problem was overwatering, but even now they are still around, albeit much fewer. They don't seem like they've been a big problem, so I think I've just made peace with them for now.

@Panta: I read that page very thoroughly before posting and it didn't help me with this problem, but thanks anyway!

@jointluver: Bro, I do appreciate you taking the effort to help me out, but you didn't have to throw in that little "spoon-feeding" remark. I had already said that I did a lot of research on the problem and that I couldn't find anything helpful. What is the point of having a forum if every problem is already answered in a FAQ? And even if I hadn't done any prior reading, with a few clicks you would have led me to the right path, instead of leaving me frustrated at trying to comb through the thousands of hits that come up from googling "little white marijuana pests."
