Will this setup work? I am fairly sure it will work but I might be missing some major flaws.

I'm not sure what the water level is doing there, but 6.5 is high for pH.

Oh I thought 5.8-6.8 was perfect, anyway, what do you think I should have the pH at then?

5.8 is optimal, you need intake and exhaust, also air cool the light would help, although a 250w might not get that hot

Actually in a soil grow you want the ph closer to 6.5-7.0.

nutes will drop your ph dramaticaly to mate...
