Need help finding a passive heat sink for a cxb3590

Ebay has only one listed and its almost $40. Does anyone know where to get one within reason? Kingbrite has them listed for 12 bucks but the minimum order is 5, just need two.

Get 5 and eBay 3 for $39 each

Predrilled for what? those have holes for 3590s as do the 120s and 133s on the site

Looked like they were tapped not drilled from the photo. Guess i need to read the details..lol.
