need help droopy leaves on plant

I have a few plants in my 4x4 tent with a 400 watt hps set up . 2 are seeds and 3 are clones . Im in the 3rd week of flowering and all but one seed reaches for the light wen their one. And i just noticed the leaves are dropping on the bottom of that plant. My temps are 73 Degrees and rh is 40-50%. What can be the problem?

remember, clones are identical so the same feeding schedule and outcome should be same if not similar.
Seeds offer different genetics, so what may work for one may not work for the other.
