My plants are starting to yellow in little spots from the bottom to the middle can yeah help me

That is much too little info for a diagnosis.

Different nutrient issues show up at different points on the plant. Mobile nutrients will show up in older leaves first and vice versa.

Impossible to say though. My leg hurts. Can someone tell me why?

How long u waitin between waterings? Make sure you let them roots breath

Are you using tap water? RO/Distilled? Could be cal/mag def if not using tap water. I get similar things in coco if not using enough calmag.

Allow the soil to dry pretty good inbetween waterings

I got calimagic for my cal mag def n just double check your ph make sure run is in the area for your grow media

Run off is in the area you want it I got ph meter by miliwakee for 20 dollar best money spent so far
