the real question is...what does that root system look like of that plant vs the other one if they are getting the same dosage of nutrients

Also people don't like answering questions when there isn't much to go on other than "here is my problem and a single picture"

the roots on the burnt plant are more developed than the other ones my ph is at 6 and my ppm is 600

Try lowering your ph to 5.8 ...at 6 is a tad high for hydro....my guess is a lockout from ph too high so its showing signs of a deficiency
