Need Help Determining what this is.....

Hey guys, im growing outdoor and its been in the ground for just over 3 months. It just started flowering about 2 weeks ago. I went and had a look see and found this! Whats going on is that a "ball sack I see"? lol

nealy every outdoor plant will push one or two seeds out maybe more don't stress its just trying to make a copy of it self if the plant has em all over it well then u have an issue

Sweet....thanks! so far iv taken a good look at it and can only see the one sack
