Hey guys, I am on my first grow where I am starting from seed and not using already female clones from a friend. I am making sure those i have so far identified as male from the preflowers are indeed such. Please help me if you can and tell me if you agree that these are all male plants.

ya there are balls..def a Male..
its alright, i have 7 ive already confirmed female so i expected some to be male. I have slaughtered all these and all that remains are the females and 3 that i havnt determined, one of them has balls on it but it also appears to have pistils, could this be a hermie? Should i get rid of anything i see these on just to be safe?

About how many weeks in will you be able to tell Male/Female? I've never dealt with seeds before - only clones...
AND - if they are male - will they cause any harm to my females that I have? Should I have them in a different room?

The seeds are about 2 weeks old and a few inches tall..
If your plants are only two weeks old your fine keeping males with females. Its perfectly fine until 4-6 weeks into flowering when the males "blow their load".
Anyways, I still have this one plant with a few bunches of like 3 balls on the top, and then lower down pistils on each node! is this a hermie? Should i kill it? (or just move it outside and let it grow some seeded bud for when i run out of smoke or to make brownies or something?).
Also an out-of-the-blue question: approx how many grams of leaves (wet or dry) from males (or females for that matter if they are the same potency, Ive heard the potency is the same for males and females and I save the males leaves to dry and roll into blunts and they get me high. ) does it take to make a said amount cannibutter? If anyone has a recipe id love one.

I would cut the hermie down and throw her away!! Even if you take her outside you have a risk of contaminating your girls when she starts to open her sperm saqs and the pollen getting on your clothes and causing seeds throughout your girls!! Not worth the risk!! And any males I would throw out defiantely!! You really are having a good ratio though 7 girls is pretty good!
Thanks for all the awesome information all. I have positively ID'd all of my plants, total comes to 7 females 8 males 1 hermie (out of 16 plants). All but 2 of the males and the hermie I have killed (im giving the hermie to a friend so he can grow just that one plant), is it OK if i let the remaining two chill for another week or so to give me a chance to make cannabutter and hash oil with all these trimmings?

Is that some kind of placebo high cause if these are fan leaves we're talking about then they have almost no THC in them and that just sounds gross
