need help connecting 5" cool tube to 4" ducting

I have a compact 5" diameter cool tube which I need to connect to 4" ducting. The only 5" to 4" reducers I can find are these, but don't I need ones that are crimped on the 5" end? Or do they just slide onto the cooltube with a tight fit?

I'd really like to avoid having to use duct tape near the cool tube...

it should just slide on
u will also probably have to add a large hose clamp to hold it on

I can use 6" hose clamps like these on a 5" cool tube, right?

tinfoil tape it ,every grower should have tinfoil tape
