Need experinced advice

I went out and checked my girl this morning and 1 of her mid colas had a light gray colored powdery substance on the top of the buds. I assume it is mold so I removed all of the mushy buds off the cola, My question is should I just harvest that cola are just removing the infected part work? Its extremely humid and rainy were I live the last 2 days.

I'm not 100% sure about grey mold but i do know for 100% sure that BUD ROT (a brown mush not grey) only shows itself when it's done all it's damage, you can have an infected cola but the rest of the plant will taste horrible as well, mold spores will infect the entire plant. I can only assume that grey mold works very much like bud rot, which isn't good news Sorry perhaps i'm wrong but i have the feeling your plant is doomed

Id try to harvest ASAP

OR move her in a garage maybe that has a window? Or a back screened in porch? Then you could hook up a fan and get the air movin to limit the chance of mold advancing.

How far away are you from your expected harvest day?

2-3 weeks, I went out and checked the plant again I dont no what to think I never seen bud rot, to me it looked like mold it was mostly on the outer part of the bud

Could it be powdery mildew?

I already removed the problem area from the plant and thru it over the hill, There is no more of it on the plant. My logic sais is if something is rotting like "bud rot' it wouldn't smell the same because of the rot but I'm inexperienced because I usually grow in doors and never had to deal with this before.

You can get some serenade spray, ive used it in desperate situations when i saw some mold forming about a month into flowering.

Ive used this one and another bottle that im pretty sure is the same just rebranded. (same shape, ingredients, price, just at a different store)

on the bottle it says for fruits and edibles to leave 2 weeks from the last day sprayed. So if you grab some soon you might be able to reverse it.

Spray it on right as the sun starts to set or right before it rises so that it can dry before the sun hits it.

It will probably turn your pistols orange prematurely but it should help with the mold.

be gentle with the spray because too much moisture, even of a mold killer, can attract diseases.

Ok I pulled her into my room the temp is 70 and the humidity is 40%, I have 3 fans circulating the air in my room, In the mean time I will keep a eye out for mold or bud rot. Next time Ill make sure before I start cutting and pulling to take a pic first.
