Need Easy Soilmix

Hi there,
I am starting out and I really want to make a quick and easy soil mix. I need something that i can get hopefully all in from 1 webstore that i can make in a medium quantity maybe 30 40 pounds at the time.

Also Trimming!!!!
when to start, how often and how?

well when i mean easy i mean easy to locate.
i want to be able to go to a store or order online all the ingridients at one time. and really cant leave them out to cook this time a year because well its snowing.
there is a local store called harvest moon hydrophonics. but i dont mind ordering online.
also im a bit paranoid so something i can go pickup with cash would be awesome.
i only have 3 plants right now in little peat pots. and wanted to get something ready for when the time to transplant came.
Also wanted some info on trimming. dont know when to start or how often to do it. last time i ended up with long skinny plants. i mean it was still good. but i want to do better.

A decent mix is 2 parts OF and one part Light warrior.
If you could add in like 5# of castings and some washed coco fiber youd have a pretty decent mix.
