Need Clone advice!!

Hey, im back ad want some opinions of my clone. It has one root sticking out the side and the leaves are very droopy, despite my good 50% humidity conditions. Whay are the leaves so droopy? are they still too young to transfer into bigger medium?

At a glance, I'd recommend you trim those excess leaves back even more and maybe remove that single leave coming up out of the dirt? This would allow for better leaf transpiration and faster rooting.
The leaves are droopy because there's too much vegetable matter for the size of the method.

really? I should trim the outer leaves though, not the new middle ones right?

Yeah, the larger, older stuff on the sides.
