Need awsers on my idea of cloneing

So what im going to have 6 plants outside and hopfully 3 will be female . But my plan is to get rid of all the males when i figure them out as they start to head into the flowering procese, but with the female could i take clones and plant then at the beging of the outdoor flowering stage for i have a bunch of females growing outside? Please leave some advise

yeah, try to take a clone from a branch that doesnt have too much female growth though.

yes but if you clone them when they are to far into bud the clones might root and bud as bonsai bud as we call it actually we have taken hundreds of clone from a couple of huge outdoor ladies rooted them and they budded a couple of weeks after their moms and the largest was only 14 inches tall but the bud was just as nice as the mom they were sweettooth x who knows outdoor pollen? hope this helps you can put the cuttings under 20 hrs light or more and they might reveg and the grow normal I never tried it but it should work experiment its fun and thats one way of learning works for us good luck
