growing a strain called lowryder 2 about 4 weeks into it plants are about 3inches tall these plants only get 18 in tall question is should i start the flowering proceass i plan on putting them under 600w sodium fl for 18 hr light and 6hrs in the dark

I've never grown lowryders but 3 inches in 4 weeks ? anyhow, to flower you need 12 on 12 off. that's my opinion.

this is my first time growing so is 3 inches good and is a 600w good enough not too much is it

As I said, never grew one so not sure if 3 inch good, just seems small to me. 600W What ? MH or HPS.
