Need advise on main-lineing and cloning the top

hey peeps, I got a 15 day from emergence Acorn (snowbud) Fem. I have plans on mainling her and cloning the top to produce more clones. I wanna do a side by side grow using synth soiless/ synth TAG using the cones. Should I let her grow out some yet? I would like to FIM the meristem terminal and then top down to the 3rd node after the new tops elongate a few inches. That should give me between 6and 8 clones to work with. The seedling pictured has 4 nodes and the 5th coming out. Any advise is much appreciated.

OK well shit, I went ahead and FIM'd the top and feed 1 liter at 2ml/l B-52 and .5ml/l per thrive. Plant should bounce back in no time. This should give me 4 clones. The nodes 1, 3 and 4 will give me 2 each, totaling 10.

Well here she be. She looks like she will be very stocky with super tight nodes.

Sounds like a good plan man. Should get some nice clones.
Your plant is looking good.

Edit: should have stated I wasn't commenting on the mainlining specifically (no experience there)

wow 118 views and not one response. Right on.

What would they be replying to? You asked a question and instead of waiting for a response you just went ahead and did it.

But all right, I'll give a reply. You're doing it wrong. Re-read the mainlining thread.

237_0181.jpgexample.jpgthis started as a mainline, but since I am getting clones off her as well, I left the 237_0441.jpgbranches (see red lines) but if it was a real mainline these would be cut off (in this case because I'm topping after every second internode)

Dude... Slow down!! Relax and burn one. Let them grow before you start tearing shit up! If you plan on main lining you need to slow way down cuz it won't be a fast venture. How are you going to clone the top if you cut it up???

Mainlining is not for the impatient,it is time consuming and requires one understand what mainlining is all about.Building a manifold is what you are trying to do not get tops that will happen on it's own.fim'ing a plant will not create the desired effect I am with Stak better go read the mainline thread from the beginning .not putting ya down brah just need to understand what it is your trying to do.:leaf: 8-13-13 070.jpg8-13-13 008.jpg
