Need advice on my growing medium.

Hi next week im starting my afghani and thai grow, Im thinking about using Coir (Coco Fiber) as opposed to oceans forest, which one do you think is more beneficial? I hear the coir will allow more oxygen to the roots.

What would i cut the coir with? I was thinking 75% coir and 25% perilite?

You could try using my airbasket technique if you want to stay with soil or coco fibre
