My room is finished!!!
I have a 10H x 13L x 12W foot room, want to grow 12 plants
Have two 1k 8 XXXL lights can add two more.

At this point I am asking what gallon pot size do you recommend and what strains that produce large yields indoors?

Sorry I know this is an over asked question...

Always use the largest size containers that will fit in your grow area. I personally consider 5 gallon containers to be the minimum size; especially if you are looking for large yields.

For that much room, you can have 6 plants under each 1000watt HPS for bloom. Container size can vary depending on how long your vegging. some growers like myself that veg for 2-3 weeks can bloom them in 3 gallons fabric pots, but I would say if your vegging more than 3 weeks, use a 5 gallon. Some growers who arent in a rush, veg for like 6 weeks in 7 gallons and come up with a very large yield. But for your space, I would recommend using 5 gallons. and as for strains, it depends on the grower and the strain. Different conditions will bring different yields. I would recommend anything from TGA subcool in terms of quality though. and most of their strains are great yielding.

25 gallons, in 3 rows of 4.. with a high ceiling? Each lamp can do their own 2x3. You'll need around 1 big bag of mix per planter.

What circuit do you have those lamps connected to? Do each have their own dedicated 15A breaker and panel circuit? Running +2000W can be a problem.. and is a problem if its somehow allowing you to do them both on a single breaker, unless a dual-1k timer/ballast system has one of those funny 20A plugs. Just saying, you don't want the shit burning before you want it to.. and I mean the wires in your walls doing the smoking.

What James said... Be very careful not overload your breakers. You can use 85% of your breaker until it overloads. So 120v x 15amp = 1800 watts. Never put mOre than 1530 watts on a 15amp breakers because that's the max load and the total use of 85% of the breaker. Don't burn your house down and use 2 different circuit breakers.

Thanks for all the great advice, I actually installed a sub panel so I can run up to 4 1k lights with no issues. Going to check out the local dollar stores too...
