Need a little helps guys.....

Hi fellow growers ,its been a long time that i haven't been here and now that i've decided to try growing indoor again (2nd time) so i thought i should ask for help..
I've 12 seeds that have already sprouted bout 4 to 5 days already ,
so my question is Can i put them under 1 of my 400 watt or should i wait a bit more and if yes how far should i
keep them from the light ,(rite now am using like 4 CLF bulb that was recommended by a friend ,each 6400K) but i can see the plants kind of stretch and am not liking that, sorry i haven't got any pic rite now but will post some as soon as i get some... pls help all comment are welcome!!!

forget to mention the strain am growing...

7 Think Different from Dutch Passion (only 1 havent crack yet...)

sure, break out the 400, just give them a fair amount of space, do the hand test, and give it an extra 20 seconds, make sure you aren't going to cook them
