Need a little help with flowering

This is my first serious grow. I have 5 plants in soil under a 400w hps with a CMH bulb. In a couple days I will be switching to 12/12. For veg I have been using my fish tank water and it works wonders.

I need to know what kind of nutes to use for flowering, and when to use them. Take in mind that I live in a small town so my only sources are Wal-mart, home depot, lowes. What would be the best nutes to get from there? (for flowering) thanks!

All the stores you mentioned will probaly have all the same products. Things like Miracle Grow and Flora Bloom. Just pick one and wish for the best. Or better yet goto an online hydroshop if your looking for a particular item.
