Need a doctor!! w/pics

i have 4 ams fems from gh seeds, they started out healthy, but now growing slowed to a crawl and first two leaves are yellow, rest of plant is a real light green. also have a nl which was started at the same time, which is about 3 times the size of these, and its first two leaves are starting to yellow also, but i think she is ready for some nutes. here's a pic of one of the ams, (best of the 4), any suggestions/comments welcome.

watered when top bit of soil is bone dry

i think it needs nutes.

that was my thought also, but they seem real young, cotylydons are yellowing too tho... awesome observation on the pjs, she is sitting next to me as i am a computer ogre and cant do anything besides surf the net, she helps me load the few pics i put on here.
