Need a caregiver in the Grand Rapids area! Seeing doc 1 week from monday

Hey, I'm in search of a caregiver in the Grand Rapids area. My wife is being treated for throat cancer and has just begun radiation so we're getting in to the local herbal doc on his first available appt. 1 week from this coming monday and we're hoping to find a caregiver to put on our application before we send off the paperwork. I spent closer to 1.5k to get started and am now well over 3k total invested after only 6 months. To stay legal with our silly law you need a separate veg/flower chamber, for a perpetual system, so you can start/harvest one plant every 10 - 14 days, IMO. If you were in Macomb I would gladly be your CG, to start making better use of my new 4x4 flower tent.

Thats no shit. 1.5 was just to get started.
Now I'm just over 3.5 in change ups and additions.

In a week or so I will be done with my new set up.
I have taken over a small 2 bed house and am converting it
into my grow house.

This shit isn't cheap if you are doing it right.
And the costs only get higher if you don't.

in the right room with windows minus a ventillation system... i could get dank buds with about 500 dollars tops....minus the electric bill and labor...its possible but 1k sounds about right ....thats about how much mine was for nutes, hps , soil, and genetics.... and not to mention temp gages,ro water...pots,etc.... but i only grow so much.....

Thats wierd i was born in grand rapids and lived there 18 yrs of my life...id help but im out in cali now....sorry

I feel ya on the cost of starting up man...I would have to be stealth in a spare bedroom in my apt. so a tent and carbon filter are a must. Add in the in-line fans, vented hood, ducting, nutes, tds / ph / ec meter, soil, pots, etc...shit adds up very fast. Granted a lot of the items are 1 time purchases that will last years but the cost is still what it is and most people don't have $700-$1k just burning a whole in their wallet. (at least I don't

Ya know it's really a bummer here in west michigan b/c it's not quite as liberal towards medical mj as eastern mi so there aren't many herbal docs here willing to recommend. The one I found out here is @ http://www.michiganmedicalmarijuanacertification.com/ and the doc is only in on certain days so I've got to wait a week from monday to get my wife in to see him. Kinda sucks b/c we want to get it done now as she'll already have been in radiation treatment for 7 days by the time we see the doc and get the certification. And the doc charges $200 here...I've seen ads in east mi for $69-$100...bummmmerrrr. I suppose $300 to get legal isn't as much as it costs to pay for a possession charge so I can't complain too much but it does suck that patients in the western portion of the state get charged double the going rate just because of politics in the region don't support medical mj and the doctors recommending it are few and far between.
