need a bit of help

Hi folks I had to go to a (GOV) Sencia work prog..had 2 run ins with same Woman..My Question is this..

Whats the Law on Discrimination / Harassment / Equality / Stigma

I had NOT been smoking, was NOT stoned and told the "Woman" on both occasions the same thing, yes I do smoke in the Evenings and when I visit friends who smoke, never in the day when I am out and about on Training or in the Workplace..

IF anyone got any Info on UK Laws about Discrimination or any of the above mentioned Terms...be Great to hear back from you...just can't believe you(THEM) can go around saying or inferring what the Hell they like about peeps....
