I Don't Know About White Paper But I Heard That White Posterboard Is Alright To Use!!!

But Me Personally, I Just Went To Dollar Store And Got Some Mylar But They Call It Polywrap There.

Paper could be a fire hazard. White paint would be better.

Stuff happens. Bulbs explode. That is why smoke alarms and fire extinishers are smart to have in your grow area. Keep flamable items out. Paper just isn't a good idea to line your walls with. Plus it is difficult to wash down.
