Need 2 know the best lights for my tint

Im trying to keep my electric bill down so if any1 can point me in the right direction so i can get a couple 600wtts/400wtts.

what size is your "tint"

59-59-78 just need to know the best lights dat wont run up my electric bill?

what is a "Tint"

smallest i would do in that size is a 600w or a 400w plus another 100w-300w fluorescent as supplemental.

personally i would run x4 400w and other people would run a single 1000w.
