Probably kill it.
Personally I mix a 10% pH down solution with water and use this to adjust my mix slowly.
I never use neat pH up or down as it can have an undesired effect on the nutrient solution if any part of it drops below pH4 it can render the nutrient ions useless.
Always dilute and use the diluted solution slowly to adjust your mix.

Knocked on open bottle over and its landed on my plant losing loads of its content in the soil mix. I have flushed my plant but she has gone limp

rip to your plant unless you act fast? Take plant out of pot use water to clean off soil
And roots.. repot into clean soil and water with a good feed phed... that’s the only thing I can think of because your soil is toast now..

I keep that shit well away from my plants like jondamon said mix in with water then slowly add to mix till you reach your required PH.
