Nearing harvest - 150W HPS + 2x2x4 tent - first grow

Hi guys,

I just wanted to share my experiences with my first grow. Overall, I think it went okay, but I know I'll do better next time.

This is my equipment
-DS60 Secret Jardin 2x2x4 tent

-150w HPS sun system

-6" exhaust fan to carbon filter
-4" clip on fan located above plants
-5" fan below the plants blowing between them

-promix

-combo of a 2-0-0 NPK blend nute + 0-4-4 NPK flowering nute
-during veg I used the blend nute + a 1-2-5 veg nute

During veg I had a run in with fungus gnats, I treated my medium to SM90 and cleared them out.

-havent been spraying anything on the plants the entire life

-transplanted a few times throughout veg, now one plant is in like a 15L pot and the smaller one is in a 10L pot

-Unknown strains (one bagseed, one "Mental Recreation")

So I have two plants growing, one is larger than the other, it had a 3 week headstart from seed. It was a bag seed. and it has shown some nanners (individual male pollen bananas) a few times but seems to be a primarily female hermie. It has been doing ok, has some minor LST going on once I realized I had no choice with height restrictions in my tent. This plant had severe nute-lockout in the middle of flowering (I over-fed), I flushed it and saved it, but this also caused severe darkening (nitrification) of my tallest leaves/buds. Unfortunately this really stunted the growth, and the plant did nothing for a few weeks, and now it is focused on developing popcorn buds in the bottom of the plant. 3 days ago I harvested alot of the top buds that have been stunted and I'm currently drying them off, I left the newer buds with white pistils to further develop. This plant has caused me alot of greif (hermie, fungus gnats, lock-out, etc... learned alot from this plant)

Second plant is a purchased seed ("Mental Recreation", non feminized), and while it has always been the younger plant, it has recently fleshed out quite abit which is good to see. It smells MUCH stronger than the big plant, which doesn't have much odour. Also has some LST going on. I gave it abit of a flush today, as I'm thinking it is time to begin the 2-week flush prior to harvest

Here are pictures of the older, hermie, partially harvested plant (its the one on the left)

yea look nice, will you upgrade to a 250W with a cool tube on for your next run ? seems like the logical upgrade to me as you got every thing els to match it

Thanks for the replies :)

I'd like more lumens, but I can only just manage the heat produced by my 150w, and I'd have to modify my secret jardin DS60 to support a cool tube, as currently I've just got one vent on the top, one on the bottom side, and a screen door on the bottom. Also I just bought this lamp, I didn't want to retire it right away.

My tent's rh typically goes between 50% - 70%, I remember during veg I struggled to increase my humidity, but now I'm trying to find ways to lower it. I have one of those dehumidifiers that is powerless, and relies on a bag of desiccant.

My dry box sits slightly above 70% rh, I've been exchanging the air frequently, so far so good, but mold is still a concern.
