Naturally Purple Stems? Genetics?

Hey all,

I was having some issues with taproot being dark colored. One of my seeds died. This one seems alright, but it's whole stem is purple...? Any thoughts on this? Thanks!

I think, at least I've been told, a little too much water could make it look like that but it looks pretty darn good to me.

Root is soaking up too much calcium, nitrogen, etc, blocking phosphorus.

People call it normal but it's always the runts that turn purple. AKA the plants bad at taking up phosphorus. Not a coincidence. Calmag and shitty lights = purple stems of course people think phosphorus deficiency is normal these days.

I've got pretty good lights. MarsHydro Tsw 2000. My PH was stupid high, like 8 I believe? It was probably nute lockout plus too much light. Had the dimmer at 100%
