can you grow in natural soil without any added chemicals or do you need these things?

yes, many soils are all natural. if it says organic, that means its natural. just make sure to research a product before buying. i use what many claim to be the best, fox farm ocean forest. however ocean forest is not organic. since you are looking into doing it with organic soil, i would recommend happy frog which is also made by the fox farm company. some people even say it's better than ocean forest.

mother nature grows in the same soil and her stuff is wonderful. Its nothing compared to a F Ocean Forest or Happy Frog, but its as close as you get. Spend the $$ and get the FOx Farm.

unless you live on a volcanic island or the midwest and you know that your soil is PRIME, get Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil. Can;t go wrong. I used it on my first grow and i still used nutes eventhough i didnt NEED to. Nutes will dramatically increase yield. Well worth it man
