I am not sure. Possibly to those that have their medical rec's already, like we could only distribute to medical patients, and probably not across state lines. That would be something to talk to a lawyer about.

I'm getting my card in October right before we vote, I think Prop 215 patients get grandfathered in and this prop does not effect card holders one bit. I'm not really sure but I think you are allowed less grow space and plants under Prop 19 than you are under Prop 215. If you scroll down on the link I added, you will notice that Jack Herer is listed in the opposition, he was a strong believer that marijuana should not be taxed. In my opinion, it is probably the only way we will ever get it decriminalized.

I don't think it should be taxed at all, but EVERYTHING is taxed!!! lol for it to be accepted by the government it would have to make them some kind of money... its bullshit but i think it is necessary.
 
Yea, I don't know why the link doesn't work, just search California Prop 19 and you will see it though.

is it a 25 sq. ft footprint on the ground? or a 25 sq. ft total grow?

meaning Could I hypothetically create some kind of green house that only had a 25 sqft print on the ground but was tiered up to allow multiple levels of growing?? just a thought
 
alright So I am going to order another strain from attitude soon... I will only have enough for one seed. As in there pick and mix selection.... but there are alot of seeds to choose from....I was thinking Super Lemon Haze (since it won the cannabis cup for 2009)


HOWEVER!!!! I will not be picking this one. I will let you guys pick it. It will be a majority vote on one strain.
