name that bug, should I be worried?

Cheers All, I found a few of these little bastards running around on the top of the soil around the base of some of my plants over the last few days. What is it? Should I be worried? Sorry bout the quality. I halfway smashed him trying to get the pics.

hahaha you killed that little fucker. good job.

I cant really see what he is.. im not good with bugs,
I just kill em when i see the fuckers. and treat with Neem oil and watch closely the next few days after.

ya he is pretty smashed making it hard to put a name with the face but looks like some sort of beetle.
