You may need a couple of strains to get different kinds of highs/stones. What kind of customers are you going to have? Lots of money for exotic highs or want the most for their buck?

Endless Sky: 6 weeks flower, very very potent indica stone, 500 grams/sq'. A 6 week turn around would be nice for a commercial grower, especially when it comes with potency and yield.

Serious Seeds
Chronic: 8-9 weeks flower, large yield, I've read reviews rating this above White Widow for quality of high. Serious' other strains would do good as well, Chronic is their largest yielder.
Bubblegum: 8-9 weeks flower, crystal clear eurphoric high. Smells and tastes like pink bubblegum and icing sugar, buds hold trimmed shaped when cured, spongy texture, purple to blue on lime green. Huge bag appeal. Great social high.
AK47: 9 weeks, very potent, good yield. Rocket fuel.
White Russian: indica that hits more in the head than body, very potent.
Kali Mist: if you have someone with cash willing to pay twice the usual price for a beautiful sativa high Kali Mist will flower in 14 weeks. Its a dreamy floaty high, up narcotic. Smells and tastes like spice, but I can't pin the one. In hydro huge loose sativa buds, bulky but little weight. In soilless more compact buds but not the volume. I prefer the hydro buds.

Serious are my two favorite breeders. Serious has uncompromising quality, time tested. Subcool's ads have the best effect descriptions on the net. As well I spent hours researching smoke reports around the web, overwhelmingly positive. From what I've read from reviewers the strains are very close to the ads descriptions, and that doesn't happen often.
I've got Jack The Ripper, Jillybean and Pandoras box in my garden now; and in the mail: Agent Orange, Chernobyl, Querkel and The Flav. I've gone through a lot of breeders (15-20?) and strains. Most of the breeder's ads were so full of shit I should have paid not to grow their seeds. Serious and Subcool I trust.

Jillybean: 8 weeks, Happy, mood enhancing, humorous, energetic, Taste so much like Dreamcicles you will not believe it!
Querkel: Grape. If that's not enough - 8 weeks; medium to heavy yield; Indica head, all day headstash
