Mystery Seed Grow!

I've had this plant for about 3 months from seedling to a baby and now it's 9 1/2 inches. I am now concerned about it's issues that already ruined a set of fan leaves. The leave's tips would rott to almost a yellow brown color. I will post of more pics as I go.

This is an outdoor grow but I take them into my garage after sunset and give them no light during that time til next morning.

Materials I've used to clone was Rootone Cloning Powder and Pellets Boulettes also I just purchased some all-purpose fertilizer organics e.b. stone brand. Please give me advice because this is my second time growing outdoor and the other plant was a male so I destroyed it.
