Mystery Plant?

So i got some seeds from a friend, started growing them under a 600W MH light in a 5'hx3'wx2'L space. The plant is just 5" and its 3 1/2 weeks in veg in a 2.5 gallon pot fill 3/4 with coco soil. Dont know the species or type (definitely bud tho). Is it supposed to be this small at 3 1/2 weeks. I see plants that are much larger at this stage from different people.

put up a pic that actually works. but yea i had one (turned out to be male so i tossed it) that was half the size of my other (still unknown sex) so plants do grow at different rates, dont worry so much unless it looks weird, again would need a pic to help you further
