mylar grow tent heat question

hi im thinking of getting http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/80-X-80-X...arden_PlantsSeedsBulbs_JN&hash=item41708e228b. for a hans led with some cfls. my questions are, is this any good. second if the lights are on and the cops were lookin for some1 with a helecopter could they see it (Heat) in the winter. does it need to be insulated. what do ye think. i want to be safe not sorry. cheers for the input

i put in 80*80 but i ment to put in the 60*60 size of the same thing
