My white widdow is bringing company

I have a clipping of white widow coming in tomorrow but apparently it's coming with mites.

Please Advise!

Right now I don't have any plants going and the grow space is brand new but I might be adding / getting more cutting of other strains from other sources but then again might not.

Thanks for any information.

What kind of mites? Its not a cat.

Get some neem oil and see if you can get rid of the mite using that.That should do the trick.Before you get more cuttings make sure u got rid of the mites and also make sure you do not get more cuttings with mites.

get a pyrethrine. Its a group of pesticides that kills just about anything and stays active for a while. Look it up on wikipedia. Look on the active ingredient of any pesticides.

Thank you very much. I heard either spider mite or... I think he said "offensive" or "attacker" or "predator" mite I'm not sure. What would be cheaper? the oil or the pesticide? also I heard you can use warm soapy water but cannot confirm.

Warm water works a quart spray bottle and a few drops of ivory soap, it dissolves the little bastards. Make sure that you wash your plant off in a couple of hours to keep the surface of the plant clean and respirating well. Good luck.
