So i had to leave my seedlings for a couple days and i came back and they stretched since the light was too high up. The stem on the one baby who just got its 1st set of leaves are about 4". What should i do?

slam the light down on the plants and feed them something with a high N content but wont burn, like bloodmeal or fish emultion.
they will stiffen up just fine
