I'm guessing you basically topped it somehow. All the means is instead of having 1 main cola (main stem/big bud) you will have 2 main colas. Do some research with the keyword "topping", and you will be surprised. I reccomend doing it to a few more of your plants at this age too.
Its actually good that it was done that early in it's life. It'll support its buds a lot better than if you had done it later on the line. I do it at that age too.
And yes. There will be more bud.
