im not an expert, but you need 2 water more, more sunlight or a lamp, but if its the two bottom leafs that popped up first than thats normal (i think) im sure but again im not an expert

Thats the best picture you could come up with? A 1 inch by 1 inch thumbnail?

From the looks of it, your soil looks crappy and your plant looks underwatered.

But with that picture... your guess is as good as mine.

I had babies that sprouted with half brown baby leaves, didn't effect overall growth.. however one stunted and eventually died, how many days since that baby sprouted? Can you see another set of leaves forming?

ur in the first stage u should just start a new one put that light up higher and water it more but i think that light baked your shit my lamp is like millions of miles away the sun lol the best lamp money can't buy

Shyt... ok.. I'm going to say this in the kindest way.. If you want to keep it and try to save it- it's gonna be a pain in the ass most likely. (I'll help you attempt to save it..) But honestly starting over would be easier, less time consuming, and less stressful.

I don't think a 15 watt flo. would do this- prolly more of an overwatering problem..
