my "shroom gel" recipe

years ago my friends and i used to sell shrooms during the summer... we also ate shrooms damn near everyday... we stumbled upon this recipe by accident, trying to make some tea one day... and completely messing it up; or so we thought... i've never seen anyone else prepare shrooms like this, and figured some other people besides myself would find it to be a good addition to their cookbook:-P.. here goes;

(use fresh shrooms for this, never tried with dried)

dice up your shroomies like a relish
put in a pot
add just enough water to barely cover the mushies
simmer, while stirring occasionally

soon the shrooms will start to cook down,
add a fair amount of sugar,honey, whatever; and continue to simmer, boiling out the water and carmelizing sugar

in the end it comes out to a thick, black substance with a slightly thicker consistency than molassas.... tastes good too:-P.... only takes a small amount to get you where you want to be (you'll see how much the shrooms cook down and know why)

hope someone benefits from this, and if anyone tries/has already done this, give me some feedback... how did you like it? any variations on my recipe? etc..

i've never actually gauged how much i eat at once... but i like to trip BALLS... i've eaten an entire batch of my gel (50-60 fresh caps) before; and i've also fed people a tblspoon and they tripped very well... i imagine its all up to you and what your comfortable dose level is
 
^^^ i dunno... we always had outrageous amounts of shrooms, so affecting potency wasnt really a concern... i really dont think it has that much affect though... but we always just kept it at a low simmer, never a roiling boil
