Hello every am back with other try to grow some herb :joint:

I intend to grow only one plant to see how things come out

I'm looking forward to every ones advice :idea:

things i need and don't need, should and should not have, been reading around so i know some things but there's a lot more too learn
I have taken detailed pics so you can we can save time and typing
My grow room size
W 21" x L 22" x H 49"
My fan has only to settings HI & LO
As my wall i have black heavy duty plastic bags they seem to work last time
im on a very low budget and have to work with what i got
