My Second Grow Box!

Ok. I might be new to this website but im not new to smoking or growing. I was hoping i could get some feedback on my new grow box i built. It has of course mylar, 2 cfl's, and 2 48in flourecents. I am soon going to put an input and exhaust fan on it. My hydroponic system is from GH and so are the nutes there the flora series. This is also my second time working with hydroponics. This is my third grow though. Whats in it right now is a Clone which is stunned at the moment and another is just a bagseed seedling. So let me know what ya think about my box.

looking good one of your lights are out but i dont know if i would grow both of those in the same system that small...

Im not gonna leave the seedling in there. After it grows a little bit im gonna transplant it into my other 8 plant hydroponic.

looks good but that poor seedling looks like its being overwatered

Clone Died. but seedlings not being overwatered. Here it is at a little over two weeks

I think that plant is still being overwatered, you can tell from the way the leaves are drooping.
Lose the intake fan or turn it into an exhaust, see here https://www.rollitup.org/view.php?pg=faq&cmd=article&id=229
How close are the lights to the plant? Cfls should be within 2 inches of the tops to get the most out of them.
The mylar should be pulled tight, not loose and wavy like it is now. You'd be just as well with flat white paint, not that much light will be reflected from cfls and fluoros anyway.

What do you guys think of my baby now? How does she look? im hopin its a she. hah. Im gonna be taking a clone soon to see. any comments or what you think is wrong is welcome. ive also got a 250 watt hps now.

The first picture is from august 1st, the rest are from today on the 4th.

She looks pretty damn good, keep up the good work. Do you have the hps on now or are you saving it for flowering?
Do you know how to clone? If you want a foolproof method check this out https://www.rollitup.org/advanced-marijuana-cultivation/98386-why-do-my-clones-keep.html#post1189507 I've taken 40-odd clones like this now and they all took root, apart from a few small ones that I experimented with. If you make a cut bigger than 4" (I normally go for 8-10") then they will be growing within a fortnight.
