if your worried about them getting so big, you could start tying down the taller branches and the main stem.... it'll start turning more bushy

i am having a slight problem with my older plants. The baby leaves are turning yelllow than brown an fall off. What is going on? I have them in 10 gallon pots and they look good besides the baby leaves in the inside of the plant turn yellow then brown and fall off. Its only the baby leaves whic are doing this.I PH tested them this weekend and they were 7. i did some research and came up with that it could be a sulphur, iron, zinc, or calcium deficiency? I dont no whats going on. I am using organic ferts and i was thinking about giving it a dose(1 tbsp per gallon) of blackstrap molasses and see what happens. if any one got any advice would be greatly appreciate it. i first had a nitrogen deficieny and i gave it some urea(45-0-0) which worked out wonders. that urea just gave off a bombshell of new growth without getting any burn. Please help! ive put in alot of time.
