My plants aren't going into flowering

I have a Snow Cap and an ATF plant in my attic that are four weeks into flowering and they still have not started producing buds. They are under a T5 four bulb lighting system which has worked well so far. I do have a spider might issue that I'm treating with Ed's Zero Tolerance insecticide. My temperatures in my attic do fluctuate quite a bit as well. From 65 all the way to 100.

Sounds like you need to get the temp stabilized plants don't like high temps. or too low for that matter. if the temp keeps changing then your stressing the hell out of your plant. weed flowers when the daylight hours shorten in the fall and the temps drop. because of that your plant is confused.
