my plants are midgets

im more then 2 months in now and my plants are about 14-16 inches tall... its a little cold out but i live in a desert so like 50 degrees or so coldest. im watering about every other day, and they are under a 400watt mh. any ideas?

check your heat,,,,,, your nutes and fresh air intake, oh, and PH levels..

no my dumb ass used miracle grow and people told me not to do both.

There is also plenty of people here that swear by MG....PH levels are extremely important....

Do you know the strain it could be just the genetics of the plant to stay small maby

to maintain ph i just make the water the right ph that i use to water the plants with right

Thats good,, but to get even better you should ph your water, water your plants, then check the water that comes out of the bottom of your plants container (runoff) to make sure that the water going in is the same as the water coming out,,, then your good....GOOD LUCK....

im looking around and im thinking maybe its my pot size. i have 8" pots how bi of plant can i have in one of those?

i had some pretty small pots for my first grow n them bitches got like 3 feet tall.. but i do believe they can become rootbound in smaller pots which can stunt growth.. i used bigger pots this time around b/c the bigger pots in my last grow yielded more.. good luck!

Miracle Grow nutes are fine but the MG soil will fuck your plants up...it's not the pot size bro.

if your gonna water every other day make sure your pots have good drainage...and make sure ur room has good air circulation add a fan if you dont have one

i dont recommend miracle grow try to stay as organic as possible its not to late to change

and yes your pot size might be your downfall, you dont want your roots to be crammed in the bottom of the pot make sure theirs alittle room for them..so if u have an 8" pot try going alittle bigger and see if it helps

also 50 degrees is alittle cold but not too bad..try to stay above 60 if possible

You are not watering too much are you,,,, you should wait until the dirt is dry before watering, not keeping it flooded out.....
