my plant is not growing HELP

i have a plant that i just recently grew everything was coming out fine until the plant has reach a certine hight it has stop growing is flowering nice but not branches or getting taller whats going on AM ALSO A BE:wall: GINNER THE PALNT ITS ABOUT 9 INCHES TALL

generally, plants will reach maximum height 2-3 weeks after you go to 12/12 light cycle, the flowering cycle is when the plant focuses on flower production, vegetative growth is when it focuses on getting taller, bushier, etc.
