hey was up im growing a pc case and have 1 42w cfl and 2 30w cfl but today i added another 42 and i guess i got to hot because my plant is all messed up now..and i didnt turn on my fans because my room is cold as fuck and to finish it all off i hadnt waterd it in a while..can it still come back???
my plant is fucked..some one please help

And you may want to try a very light mist of water on the leaves
Other than that give it light, some fresh air and water + time

HAHAHAHA..had it happen once to me, except my plants were about 3 foot tall and right before I flowered them ;/ What I had done was left my heater on in the shed, fan off, and didn't water it for only a day. I came into the plant looking like yours, I thought itw as fucking dead.
Gave it about 4 days of spraying the leaves with a mister with C02, keep them moist..Don't flood the shit out of them though and killem.
