my new r.o system please help

before my r.o system, my water has a P.H OF 8.5 AFTER R.O 9.9 WITHOUT the remineralization filter on. with it on my P.H is 11.0.
now i know the system is working because my input water ppm is 500 after the system its only 50 ppm so dose anyone have any idea why its not lowering??? please help

im using a bluelabs ph and ppm/ec meter for my test and will use a hanna ph pen later today ive ran 4 or so gal in my r.o system so far and the P.H seems to be droping a bit im at 9.0 after r.o without the alkaline filter

i still cant seem to figure it out ive been running water though the r.o system and the ph is still coming out at 9.9? my tap is 8.5... why????? anyone please help
