Hello All,

Its been a while since I have been here, it really is an awesome site.
Currently I am working with Purple Kush mother plants. I have 10 moms that are older and quite large. They have been producing quality clones for some time. Lately I have began to some of the leaves turning yellow and the problem is spreading. The yellowing is on the lower half of the plant. The whole leaf goes yellow. These leaves are not necrotic, just yellow. The yellowing seems to start on the edges and moves inward. The stems also feel somewhat woody with the stems showing purple/red. It looks like a deficiency of some kind that needs fixing. But what is it??

I do use a light nutrient solution, never pushing it passed 600. I feed once then water once, sometimes twice before the next feed. The foliar feeding is done once a week. The nutes solution I use tends to be tailored towards the needs of mothers. I may not use the same amount of Grow as someone who is vegging in order to flower their plants. ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

A plants leaf will not last the entire life of the plant. It grows new ones and sheds old ones. Usually a healthy leaf is good for 9+ months but they will fall out and die naturally if left long enough. This is natural.

Your moms are hot!!!!
