So with all the problems Ive been having with my first plant I have yet another... The sprout has broke out from the ground about 1/2 inch. The two little leaves (cotledon or w/e) are still together and have not seperated. Should I leave it in the light or put it in the dark?

sprouts get 24 hour lights man, until veg then of which you switch to 18/6, and after veg, flowering is a 12/12 cycle

Thats what I thought but I was told it should be in the dark some so it can stretch out for the light but I will leave it in the light.

Well, i have had my sprout on 24 hour light since it was put into soil and here is a pic of todays this is about day 9
