My little girl dying

Hello,

i have been trying to grow weed for months ,
i have a cfl+led setup which was working fine for 2 months,

i had 6 plants after flowering 3 turn out to be females 1 sativa 2 indicas,
All of a sudden 15 days ago my 2 indicas died in 1 day,
First their fan leaves started curling down and dry it goes from button to up and in 1 day they are dead
My only living sativa never had any problem and even she wasnt as big as them she was healty until now


She started the same sypmtoms for 3 days she is still green but all leaves curled down,
for 2 deads of my girls i blamed over fertilize and stop giving them ,
she was in 3week of flowering and i watered her once in every 4 days(by the way semptoms started after my last watering)
my grow cabinet has:
temparature was 21 c/ 70f
humidity is between 50-55
it have a good air flow
i dont have a ph meter so inca check it right now(i will order soon)



İ know she is not big and probably wont give much for use but i should solve this problem because i have a 400 w hps now and i'm planning to buy a grow tent and good seeds so i can grow a lot bigger plants than this but im afraid they can also die like these ones.

So i would be really glad if you can give me some advice about what can be causing this
